Emobot now works for teams. Create an organisation for your clinic, invite your colleagues, and let each of them join with their own account.
01 — ORGANISATIONS & TEAMS
Bring your whole team onto Emobot.
A new Workspace section in Settings lets you create an organisation for your clinic and invite colleagues by email; as Admins, who can manage the workspace, or Members, who manage their own patients. Invitees join in a couple of clicks.
02 — ADMIN OVERSIGHT
See across your clinic.
Admin practitioners can view every member’s patients, so the people responsible for the clinic always have the full picture. Members continue to see their own patients only. Roles, invitations, and access are all managed from the new Members section.
03 — ONE BILLING GROUP PER CLINIC
All your clinic's patients, one billing account.
Each organisation has one billing group, so every patient enrolled across your team is invoiced under a single account, no more separate billing per practitioner. The Billing card shows the current billing cycle at a glance so you always know what period your patients are being counted against.
