- A new Weekly Insights view — a short, plain-English summary of how your week went, drawing on your check-ins, voice mood signals, walking habits from Apple Health, and time spent out of the house.
- A redesigned home screen that shows this week’s insight, what’s coming next, and your weekly check-in all in one place.
- Gentle reminders when we’re missing data we need, plus a way to log a quick signal right from home.
- A booking prompt that surfaces when your check-in suggests it might be time to see your practitioner.
- Cleanup: we’ve removed the achievements feature, the stats page, and the avatar setting to keep the app focused.
- Sign-up screens now display correctly on smaller phones.
